Delivery times vary depending on your location. For orders within the United States, shipping typically takes between 5-10 business days. For international orders, including Europe, it can take 7-15 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, holidays, or unexpected delays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item. Depending on your payment method, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update the shipping details for you. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.
To avoid delays or issues with delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping address before completing your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order through the shipping carrier’s website. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order status and tracking information.

If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the shipping address. However, if the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won’t be able to change the address.
In cases where the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it to the correct address, but additional shipping charges may apply.
We currently ship to most countries in Europe, the United States and Canada. To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your address at checkout. If your country is not listed as a shipping option, unfortunately, we do not offer delivery there at this time.

Whenever possible, we try to ship all items in a single package. However, depending on product availability or warehouse locations, some items may be shipped separately. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
