1. Shipping Destinations
Viking Axe ships in the entire world.
2. Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days after your purchase is completed. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Europe: 5 to 15 days.
- United States: 3 to 10 days.
- World : 10 to 20 days.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays, holidays, or carrier delays. We do our best to ensure timely delivery of all orders.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping methods:
- DHL / UPS / USPS / Others : 8.90$ (free shipping on order over 50$)
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders outside of France, please be aware that additional taxes or customs duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Viking Axe is not responsible for any delays or costs caused by customs procedures in your country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the progress of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
6. Missing or Delayed Orders

7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
