Customs information and fees
Because we want to be totally transparent, we’d like to give you some key information about customs. Depending on what you order and where you live, your order may arrive via customs. The section below explains how this works and what you need to know.
As we have no control over customs, we are not in a position to add customs or duties to invoices. (If we did, it wouldn’t really be fair to our customers, as not all orders incur customs charges – in fact, many don’t).
As the buyer, you are solely responsible for paying any charges such as taxes, duties or other costs added to your shipment by your country’s customs. More information on this subject below. We are not able to reduce prices on your customs forms, as this is illegal and we always want to do the right thing.
As the buyer, you are also responsible for ensuring that the items we ship are legal / authorized to be shipped to your country, and you do so at your own risk.
